WAPC DRAFT POLICY DOCUMENT : LAND USE PLANNING IN RURAL AREAS

The WA Planning Commission (WAPC) is conducting a review into rural use planning in Western Australia. The WAPC has released two draft policy documents for public comment. The one attached is : Land Use Planning in rural areas (State Planning Policy 2.5) Both draft papers can also be viewed on the WAPC website: http://www.planning.wa.gov.au/Plans+and+policies/Public+comment/2326.aspx The PGA Private Property Rights Committee is inviting PGA members to review the documents and forward their feedback on the proposed changes back to the PGA so that we can include them in our submission. Please provide your feedback to the PGA Property Rights Policy Director either by email milanz@pgaofwa.org.au or phone Zak (Milan) Zaklan during office hours on 08 9479 4599 - by Monday 16 May.
