PGA CALLS ON ALL LIVESTOCK PRODUCERS IN WESTERN AUSTRALIA TO SUPPORT THE VICTORIAN BUSH FIRE APPEAL

Due to overwhelming offers of support from our membership, the PGA has coordinated a system whereby sellers of livestock in Western Australia can from next week nominate individual lots or animals to be sold with the revenue to go to the Victorian Bushfire Appeal. This can be achieved at either auction or private sale. Producers wishing to participate in this very worthy cause should advise their selling agents the number of animals that they wish to donate and complete the waybill forms accordingly. Nominations can begin from next week. Agents have offered to donate their agent fees and the Western Australian Meat Industry Authority have also offered to come on board. It is hoped that all livestock producers across Western Australia will support this Appeal.
